Im now 19 weeks pg and waiting to find out if Im Immune as Ive never had it. Do you know the dangerous time in pg to get it? I know there is a safer point and a more dangerous point but dont know when they are.
Ds is 19 weeks and a lot of his friends have it.

It is worst at first trimester and in the last few weeks as then the baby may be born with it.

Thank you, for some reason I thought it was the middle months. I can relax a bit now, phew.

The 'dangerous' period is upto 20 weeks (i'm 17 weeks and my daughter has just had them.) A blood test can be done in a couple of days to check your immunity.
if you had them when you were younger, you will be immune.
