Slapped Cheek Worry

Hi wondered if anyone could help with more info. I'm 20wks preg baby 3. At 15wks preg i was in contact with slapped cheek. After nearly 5 wks of chasing I've finally got my blood result back to say I was infected. All looked well on 20wk scan but now waiting for consultant appointment. I know there is increased miscarriage risk or baby becoming anemic. I'm also concerned as I already have anti E which if levels get high can also cause baby to be anemic. Any advice or shared experiences would be reassuring. Thanks :-)
