Bleed?

Had a bleed last night after vomiting. Went to A & E and they booked me an early scan for Wednesday, and gave me some sickness tablets. I'm nine weeks tomorrow.

I'm still bleeding this morning, but not as much. The blood includes a few finger nail size blood clots, should I be worried? It didn't last night.

Im new to this so im hoping someone can help!!!
About a week ago I discovered I am pregnant with my 1st baby, I took a clearblue test which said that I am 2-3 weeks (which i have just read could mean anywhere up to 5) but I am unsure about the date of my last period. I went to see my doctor who did an ultrasound but couldnt detect anything as I am not far enough along, he did however confirm what I already knew. Yesterday I started having some dark brown discharge only when wiping and a small amount in my underwear. I've read so many articles online that say different things: some say that in early pregnancy this is a sign of miscarriage and others say its perfectly normal and is the bodys way of getting rid of old blood. I also read that the doctor will not be able to tell me anything until a heartbeat can be detected. Im not in any pain but im really scared that this could be a miscarriage.... I did miscarry about 4 years ago but it was nothing like this. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them?????
