Sleep (or lack of)

I am 31 weeks and realy having problems sleeping. Partly tossing and turning as unable to get comfortable. Partly digestive issues which I am already on medication for. (made worse by pregnancy)
last night was particularly bad as I am coming down with a cold. Therefore, when I did actually sleep I must have been snoring quite a bit.
I have had zero sympathy from dh and now he has told his mum he will be going in the spare room tonight because of my snoring.
Need to rant.

Aww know how you feel, 34 wks here and between hip pain meaning I need to turn regularly, permanent blocked nose and bathroom breaks i'm not getting much sleep either.

I know it might not be nice your OH going in spare room and how he said to his mum but might not be a bad thing. I found mine was more sympathetic after a good night himself and I could wriggle as much as I wanted without being conscious of it/worrying I'd wake him up.

Heres to some nice zzzz's tonight :)

I have absolutely no problem with spare room thing. I just think it was rude to say that to his mum. A bit of sympathy from him would be good too.
Hope all you pregnant ladies gets a good night sleep tonight. x

I found sleeping propped up on the sofa with a million pillows and cushions was the only way to get any sleep in the last month or so. It helped lots when I had a cold too. I looked like a beached whale but at least I got some sleep.

my DH has been in the spare room for the past 3 nights - between me tossing and turning, restless legs, a million bathroom trips and the seagull that starts screeching at 3.15am, neither of us had had any sleep! I'm 31 weeks and completely sympathise!
