RH and SHO - two posts held by midwives (in triage). Their posts are stated as this in my notes. Just wondering what they are...

Are you sure that the SHO was a midwife? Its an old medical job title.

RH is likely RM registered midwife.

SHO is senior house officer, a doctor grade.

Is SHO actually SMW? Student midwife?

As Valium says, SHO is a doctor grade, before they become registrars.
