Constant need to wee - but no infection?

Hi all

I feel like I have a constant urge to wee at the moment (7+4wks). I had urine tested last week for infection, but it was clear. Does anyone else feel like this, like it's constant?

I needed to pee a RIDICULOUS amount at about that stage! Apparently it has something to do with your womb moving around and playing havoc with your bladder.

As with all things pregnancy related, if you are worried about it have a chat with a doctor or midwife - do you have your booking in appt soon? - but if I remember right this passed within a few weeks for me. I do remember being terrified that it was going to last the entire pregnancy though!

Welcome to pregnancy :). Sounds normal to me in those early days, gets a bit better and during second trimester.

normal for early days, when your uterus moves up it'll ease off then there'll be other delightful symptoms to take its place!

Didn't ease off for me- I'm 25 weeks and my baby is using my bladder as a trampoline

Gosh I feel your pain, wait till you hit 30+ it only gets worse as you actually get a full foot or fist to the bladder all worth it though ( I hope haha)
