Just today poas and seen a faint positive line! Very excited but bit concerned that I've been getting bad reflux/ burning after eating my evening meal the past 2 nights. Can someone tell me whether this means I am about to start with morning sickness?
I'm absolutely dreading it, am scared of being sick and can't help worrying that I'm going to get it!
Thanks!

First of all congrats Smile

IME yes this does mean the start of morning sickness. I found that if I moved my evening meal forward then had something to snack on before bed really helped.

congrats on your BFP! it sounds like the start of the dreaded morning sickness to me. i know how you feel becasue i'm terrified of being sick. you might not be though, i had 3 months of misery but dodn't chuck once. i coped by constantly snacking and resting when i could. it's different for everyone though so just take it one day at a time xx

Stock up on love heart sweets, it's the only thing that eased mine for the last 9 months!

nope. I've had extreme heartburn from the get go (16w now) and never been sick. was the same for my last pregnancy. My advice is, don't let yourself get hungry at all, it will make you feel AWFUL.

Thanks for the advice! LolaAnn - I hope I am similar to you!

Hiya, not necessarily - my heartburn started a couple of days after my sickness stopped, so they are not always connected. I feel as if I've had heartburn forever. Don't eat too close to bedtime and try to figure out which foods make it worse. I find tomatoes and spicy things are worst for me. And chocolate, dammit!

Congratulations.
