Hi,

At my booking in appointment with the MW on Monday, she told me they used hand out a booklet with a week by week guide to pregnancy.
Due to NHS cut backs, rather than giving out a hard copy to everyone you now have to download it from the NHS website.
She told me what to google to find it, but I can barely remember my own name at the moment.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

Can only find 2009 edition but it might not have been updated since then. www.nelm.nhs.uk/en/NeLM-Area/News/2009---October/30/Department-of-Health-launches-updated-Pregnancy-and-Birth-to-Five-books/
good luck with your pg!! Wink

If I remember correctly, its cheap as chips to buy... my locality still hand it out with every FIRST pregnancy. I'm at work at the moment but I think there's info on the book somewhere about how to order. I'll have a look for you when I get home xx

I had one with 1st pregnancy. Ended up recycling it as I wasn't planing on more dc. Wish i hadn't now as pregnant again after quite a gap.

You can have mine if you want although I had my DS in 2003 so it might be a little out of date. PM me your address if you would like me to post it to you

I think I still have the copy from my DD in 2009 as well as my new copy.mrhe only update was to change the word 'dad' to 'partner'. Mines is called Ready Steady Baby as its an NHS Scotland publication.
