Oh I know the stuff is supposed to be evil but it hasn't done the Chinese any harm. I just can't seem to get enough of the stuff - pringles, noodles - you name it, I want it. Om nom nom.

Authentic Chinese food is cooked very differently to Chinese takeaway food AFAIK.

There's nothing wrong with indulging your cravings (God knows I have!!) but ensure you get a balanced diet.
