I'm going on a school trip this thurs with DD, it's some stupid pretend wedding thing with a wedding breakfast after but only for the kids. I'm still getting pretty bad morning sickness (12wks now Confused) thats even worse and results in vomiting if I haven't eaten. No-one from school knows I'm up the duff yet so any ideas for snacking on without people noticing I'm stuffing my face like a fat cow!? I've just ordered some cereal bars but thats how far my imagine has gone!

At this stage my handbag was stuffed with dried fruit - apricots and mango usually - and packets of seeds and nuts. I found shoving a couple of apricots in my mouth surreptitiously (I am a teacher and the kids would have loves to catch me eating!) kept me going.

Not very healthy but I have a tub of boiled sweets in my bag even now (21wks) as sucking on a sweet helped stave off the nausea if it hit, until I could get out of my lesson/to the next break & eat something sensible.

I found sucking on crystallised ginger really helped, I didn't even need to eat much, just keep a bit in my mouth.
