I hate taking it as it feels so vile going in! Whilst this subject is here, if I sometimes have some white/yellow streaks at the very back of my throat could that be from acid?

How do you know when you need to man up and just take the gavison? If I lean forward, I'm sick and right at the top of my windpipe sometimes kind of burns. But not in my chest :/
