Dont know if it's just pregnancy (am 20 weeks), the fact I have multiple sclerosis (which does cause fatigue) or what, but recently I've been completely exhausted. I'm now starting to wonder if I could be anaemic.

I was just wondering if this is something I can see the midwife about as there's a drop in midwife clinic I could go to. Or do I need to see the GP?

I need to do something as no matter how much sleep I get I still wake up feeling like I haven't slept and it's starting to become hard to do everyday things xx

Your mw can organise a blood test for you for thyroid and blood count (iron) i think - it's not abnormal to feel shattered in tri 2 though. Hope you feel better soon :)
