I judy had my 20 week scan and all is well :) found out it was a baby girl :)

Thinking of getting a 3d/4d scan as I don't think I can last not seeing bubba until the birth ! Also as its a girl, I want to doubley make sure they got it right before I go crazy on girlie stuff!!

For those who had 3d/4d scans, when best to u think I should have it? 24weeks? 28 weeks?

I have been told 28-30weeks is optimum. I am going for my gender scan today 24wks as my Trust does not disclose gender. Grr! Will have 4D preview.

I've had too, both with DC1 and 2, I had them both done at 28 weeks and the pics were fantastic.

Ah cool! I'll book it for 28 weeks then. Do you mind if I ask how much you paid for it? I've found somewhere that is £119 for 4d scan, u get a 3d pic but no DVD or for £129 with dvd

Is that expensive? I'm in London

I had mine at 30wk. Where I had it done doesn't recommend after 31wk cos it can be hard to get a good image

It was amazing and so clear. Made sure I had something cold n sugary before hand. Didn't want a case if sleeping baby like my 20wk one !!!!

I paid £60 for the scan and 2 photos. I then paid another £20 for all the images on a disc n there's about 40-50 pics
