3D Scan / Breech position / c-section at hospital outside area

Hi all

Just been for my 3d scan at 27 weeks. Firstly baby is fine so the main thing; was somewhat underwhelmed by the service - over 30 minutes late so DH had to leave part way through to get back to work, baby wasn't playing ball (obv not their fault) but the pictures they printed out were just 3d colour versions of the ones you get on the NHS - not the A5 glossy types you expect really. They didn't have any memory sticks (even tho I wanted to pay) and the DVD burner was malfunctioning. The MD apologised and offered a free dvd (o woo) but when I said the sonographer had suggested they waive the fee to rescan me he said he would have to email me :s

Baby has turned bottom down, now I realise there is plenty of time to shift and I don't really object to a c-section if need be anyway but we are planning to use a hospital outside our area (just over an hour away) - would this still be possible if I need a section?

Thanks

GD
