Already?!

My tummy hurts, I can't poo, keep having rumblings and cramps (which freak me out).

Am managing a small poo every morning but that's it - and that really hurts and takes a good 10 mins to emergy. Just eaten a bowl of prunes but nada so far.

Fed up of this already. It hurts and scares me (hate cramping...).

Last pregnancy it took until at least 12 weeks for this.

Pants.

Me too Sad always had IBS & the hormones have sent it into overdrive! Peppermint tea & fresh apricots & bananas are helping me a bit - hope you find something that works soon x

Be careful not to eat too much extra fibre which will give more gassy cramps till the 'blockage' goes! Keep well hydrated, maybe stick to soups etc. Hope you get moving soon!

I was exactly the same 2 weeks ago (now 8 weeks)!
Lots of water, peppermint tea and a morning smoothie with apricots, banana and live yoghurt plus a live yoghurt in the evening seem to keep things moving. Also eating small amounts regularly, keeps the digestion moving without big pushes 3 times a day.
