Cheapest place to buy Pregnacare?

Hello all!

Just wondering if Pregnacare is on half price anywhere at the minute, or where the cheapest place is to buy it?

It's always on 3 for 2 in Boots but is still quite pricey, and I couldn't find it cheaper on amazon or eBay.

Anyone know a secret place?

Have a look at vitabiotics website, they are the manufacturer and sometimes do deals, I do tend to buy from boots though when it's three for two, not found anywhere else that does them particularly cheaply thoughSmile

No. But Sainsburys own brand pregnancy vits are much less expensive and seem to have much the same stuff in them. HTH.

Amazon subscribe and save are cheap. the pregnacare max/ultra/whatever they're called are about £8 for a month. Think it works out a bit cheaper than boots on the 3 for 2 and you don't have to shell out a load of money for 3 months supply all at once. My last lot weren't delivered though as they were out of stock so I can't say they are particularly reliable!

I get them on for 3 for 2 in boots, at least you get some points with them if you have an advantage card.

Sanatogen mother and baby with the omega 3 supplement are 3for2 in boots and are cheaper than pregnacare and the omega 3 has more in it than pregnacare.

Superdrug do there own version of pregnacare. £6.99 for 60 or 2 for £10.99 I think.

Chemist direct website. I also buy bio oil from there for an absolute steal!

The Wilkinsons one, same as Pregnancare, is £2.97 for 30. I use it and feel really good (plus my nails actually grow and are really strong now, amazing!)

I buy pregnacare plus which is £15 in boots but only £10 in Asda and Morrisons

silvachick · 02/07/2012 22:36

I got it for £3.90 in asda last week. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Boots and Tescos do own brand versions which contain the same things, when you look at the back of the packets, and are much cheaper.

I spent hours in different shops to compare which pg vitamins are the best and cheapest! Came to conclusion that if I buy a pregnant care original for about £4 per pack with the offer 3for2 so £8 for 3 months supply + buy a fish oil containing dha for I think about £3 two month supply - same as in pregnant care plus, I'm getting for £11same supply of vitamins as if I buy the most expensive pregnant care. Does it make sense?

milkyjo · 03/07/2012 14:45

I'm just taking tesco folic acid as I think I eat quite healthily and get vitamins from my diet and I walk a lot so I am getting my vitamin D. With my first I started off taking pregnacare conception before pregnancy and carried on until the packet ended then switched to tesco own pregnancy vitamins, by 14 weeks I'd stopped taking them because I just couldn't remember to take it everyday as I work shifts. My thoughts were that as long as I'd got the folic for the first 12 weeks then that was ok and my diet was healthy.

I just signed up to the boots parenting club and got some money off vouchers sent to me. Pregnacare was one of them, I think its a 20% off voucher but cant remember :) I've been using the new Centrum pills for pregnancy which were only £5 and I feel great with them.

fraidknot · 03/07/2012 21:18

just picked up a pack of 30 pregnacare in Lloyds pharmacy for 1/3 off so was £3.26 a pack hth

Popinda · 04/07/2012 06:27
