I have a 6 month old daughter and just wondering how i can help her learn to crawl faster

why? Much easier when they stay where you put them!

I wouldnt worry. DS was quite an early crawler at 8.5 months. DD just sat there from 6 months until 10.5 months when she started doing a weird movement thing. Babies move when they're ready :)

not many babies are crawling at 6mths! why worry about it? let her develop in her own time! Babies develop at their own rate, and many of them hardly crawl at all. My DD was always a crap crawler, didn't even attempt it until 10mths, and she wasn't particularly early with walking either but she is great now, won the egg and spoon race last week at sports day and everything

Why do you want to push her before she's ready?

They grow up so fast - let her take her own time. Def easier when they can't move around!

It's not like she's able to crawl but needs your encouragement. She simply can't do it yet. My DS2 couldn't do it until after he could walk.

My niece crawled at 1 and walked at 2 - the doctors were beginning to panic. She developed a fantastically gentle and patient nature from being so still for so long, but has, at aged 7, just got the only distinction in her grade 1 ballet exam out of the entire ballet school. She was just built very tall and she wasn't ready to be mobile till later - A tiny friend of hers was freakishly running around at 9 months!

I don't understand. Is this a serious question?

Why do you want to rush her? 6 months is hardly late for crawling.
