A wee bit unwell

I woke up today with a pain in my side around my kidneys. As the day went on I've not been feeling too great and eventually started vomiting about dinner time. I have had symptoms of a mild UTI through the week but I was on holiday so just ignored it. I'm prone to them anyway. My google research (I know, I know) points to a possible kidney infection. And apparently this can be quite serious during pregnancy (I'm 16 weeks).
I don't know whether to phone nhs 24 just now or wait and see how I am tomorrow. Has anyone any experience of this?

Do you have a temperature? I would ring the out of hours doctor for advise (no nhs 24 here so unsure how it works) to be on the safe side. During pregnancy even a UTI can bring about premature labour.

No ballroom I don't seem to have a temp. I know being pregnant they will prob tell me to come in and I would really rather avoid the craziness of a sat night in out of hours or hospital.

Yes go to a+e or ooh now. You may have pyelonephritis despite no temp. Your immunity is lowered because you are pregnant.
