I seem to be almost 3 weeks ahead at 28 weeks. Wondering if it means baby will be big.

I measured 2.5-3cm ahead with DS from about 28w.

They expected him to be 'big' and come in at 9lb 7 - 10lb 7.

Bugger turned out to be 11lb 7.

Well I measured slightly small both times (not what you asked I know) but dd2 was 10lb 9oz! So measuring doesn't always tell anything. Big bumps can be small babies and vice versa

I was sent for tests, scans etc as was MASSIVE for dates whole way through and never stopped rapidly growing. Was thinking a ten pounder at least and MWs were saying don't buy newborn clothes etc.. DD came out at 7lb15. And she was so so skinny all newborn stuff was far too big for several weeks. She was a week or so early, I guess she was just finished cooking!

Yeah, DD was supposed to be over 10lb. She was actually 6lb 10oz.

I measured 2cm less than my "weeks" and kept telling me I wasn't have a big baby (I looked massive, several people asked if I was having twins I just said no I'm short what do you expect) she was 10lb 6oz Blush

I measured 2-3 ahead and he was 10lb 6oz
