I haven't been sick all year, now 6weeks and have rotten cold. Can I take paracetamol?

Yep paracetamol safe to take in pregnancy. Avoid ibuprofen and decongestants. Steam inhalation and hot honey and lemon will help a bit too. Get well soon

Yes paracetamol are ok. Don't take lemsip or strepsils though. Other throat sweets like soothers are fine as they don't contain any medicine.
