Low blood pressure - any tips?

I always have a low blood pressure but it is definitely worse since being pregnant, usually around 70/50. Yesterday felt faint and dizzy most of the day, not helped by being in a warm room for a training session! Am trying to keep it in check by not standing too long, drinking fizzy drinks as sugar seems to help, but am finding it a bit miserable. Any suggestions?

I had this - you must keep hydrated. Dehydration lowers your blood pressure. So as well as the odd fizzy drink make sure you up your fluid intake

How far along are you? I had very low blood pressure in the first trimester and constantly felt dizzy. Every time I stood up I'd have to sit down again and put my head between my legs.
However, now I'm at 22 weeks I'm hardly having any problems at all, as my blood pressure has gone up to the low-side-of-normal levels.
