Heavy bump - one of those strap thingys?

I'm nearly 31 weeks and after a very busy weekend with lots of walking and being on my feet, my bump feels SO heavy. Has anyone tried one of those supportive bump strap thingys? Not a fabric bump band to keep your jeans up but one of these sort of things:

My tummy mainly aches at the bottom - I know that my tummy muscles are trying to take the strain but not doing very well. I have a very sticky-outy bump which doesn't help, but last time I don;t remember feeling the weight until the final few weeks.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Bump supports are great how ever your body could just be saying do less you are 31 weeks and need to look after yourself.

I had one from Mothercare. Started using a medium around 26/27 weeks and by 35 weeks I had to go and buy a large one! It was a saviour for me as I did a lot of walking and going up and down stairs at work. I wore mine until 38 weeks (when I started ML) and found it a great help. Just make sure to measure your bump before buying one, or you might end up buying two!
