ok had a cheeky dr today basically I have high bmi written on my notes even tho I'm also labelled as low risk! Fine blood pressure fine urine no swelling still walking a mile a day . He started off asking if I need the bigger cuff for the blood pressure machine ! I said i dnt no its never been an issue? Then when he measured me he said your 37 cm which is bigger for 35 weeks but then if u had a big stomach before that could b y? I mean is this measurement bigger then usual?

I don't know, but I measured 38 last week, at 36 weeks and it wasn't commented on. In fact I was told baby is the right size and that my bump is neat! I've been 1 cm over at every visit prior to that and again no comment. Sounds like Dr being a bit judgemental. Not very nice, but I would just ignore him. Smile

My MW always said they wouldn't do any tests, checks etc unless the fundal height was 3cm +/- the number of weeks gestation so you sound fine to me!

Also I had a BMI of 37 at booking and this was never taken into account for fundal height that I'm aware of.
