Chest Pains

Any advice ladies? I'm 28+4 and after i'd seen the midwife this morning i've had really sharp chest pains whenever i breathe in, but now they seem to be there all the time and the pain is going up into my throat and head.

is this just hormones or do i need to call someone?

My gut instinct would be to not faff around with chest pains and to call someone, just incase :)

I hope you have already, if not, call MW or hospital immediately.
