Hand foot and mouth at 6 weeks

Hiya, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have caught hand foot and mouth from DD. It's hideously painful and unpleasant and now I'm worried sick about mc. Docs said its rare but that hasn't really put my mind at ease!

Has anyone had it and was the baby ok?

Hi, no personal experience but will
probably be fine. Any illness which causes a fever does slightly increase mc risk, but hand foot and mouth is no worse than anything else. Even if something does go wrong, it's much more likely to be for other reasons. I know how anxious those first few weeks are, try not to worry too much.
