Hi all, I'm 28 weeks pg and this is my second. I had a very easy pg with my dd and tbh I don't remember much of it! (It was 8 yrs ago now!)
In the last feww days I've been getting really ouut of breaath and I can no longer bend down to pick things up from the floor :( not unusual during pg and reading up on the weekly update type emails, to be expected, however over the last few days my bump has started to really hurt.
It usually hurts when the baby flips over or when she feels like she is pushing her shoulders or feet out of the bump. Now its hurting every time I move and if I lay in the wrong way.
Is this 'normal'?? If my pg with my DD is anything to go by I'm probably gonna be massive! Does anyone have any remedies that might be able to help me?
