anyone else covered in more hairs!!

Since getting pregnant I have been covered in those tiny thin white hairs you get over your body!! They are worse on my breasts and stomach is this normal? Don't recall being so hairy with first two pregnancies xxx

I've got them all over my bump!!

Got them to, only mine are black (and my skin is very pale). I look like a gorilla.

Are you having a boy by any chance? I heard that the male hormones from the baby does this. Two of my friends had boys after becoming hairy and I have significant hairlessness (body not head) and am having a girl.

Me!! Except mine is just on my stomach and the hair is dark... I have a man's stomach! Very unattractive. Midwife assures me that it will drop out when the baby is born. I am having a boy so wondered if it was the testosterone that caused it.

I have this too, little white hairs, but I'm having a girl not a boy.

I'm having a girl and I have these White hairs all over my torso, but my leg and arm pit growth is much slower than before, which is the opposite to what it was like when pregnant with DS.

I am so glad you posted this! My DH pointed out my newly hairy belly the other day (er, thanks for that!) and I wondered whether anyone else had experienced the same thing!

Yes I have this too, all over stomach and boobs, the books always say the hair on your head will become thick and lustroush, not the hair on your body!

I had this with ds but Im preg with a girl this time.

I have downy hair on my belly too (expecting a girl) seems like quite a few of us have this...glad I'm not the only one :)
