Bleeding in early pregnancy not sure if mc

If I did digital conception test a few weeks ago and it said pregnant 2-3 weeks and I have miscarried then if I do another it will either say same or less?
If I'm still pregnant then it will say 3+ weeks?
Is this a good indicator?

It's such a distressing time. I'm sure that some of the other people on this forum might be able to give you some more definite advice but I just wanted to do a quick reply.

A little while ago I asked myself a very similar question and came to the conclusion that pregnancy tests aren't designed to tell you if you're the processes of MC. I figured that it if it gave me a negative then I would know for sure but a positive result could still mean anything.

I was lucky to be able to get to my Dr and she reminded me that bleeding does not always mean MC and that all we could do at this stage was wait and see. She also told me that there was not a thing that I could do that would affect the outcome and so I should do whatever makes me feel better.

It may be worth talking to a Dr on Monday and seeing if you can get a referral for an early scan.
