i feel sic all the time so this is icing in the cake! Who s dealt with this when unable to take something???? And its gone !!!????

Hygiene measures until the second trimester I'm afraid. After that speak to the GP and they will generally let you take something if you have not managed to get rid of them alone by hygiene.
