Period type cramps past 2 days! Worries

I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I'm kinda worried about cramping. I've no bleeding just dull ache in my lower tummy. I remember mild cramps last time but am worried this time cos it is making me feel low. Any thoughts? Advice?

Hiya I had terrible cramps for the first 7/8 weeks with DS now 9 weeks! If there's no bleeding there shouldn't be anything to worry about but why don't you pop into your local early pregnancy unit and get a scan -some take self referrals of yours doesn't get one from your GP. Always better to put your mind at ease.
