Hi all im 11+3, i really am missing many things but definitely fruit tea, i love to drink the twinings berry ones and the aldi version too but was told i cabt have it as the hibiscus is an abortant? Can anyone confirm or refute this? Google has given me nothing conclusive either way!

I love my teas but unfortunatley have found no conclusive info, there's all kinds of contradictory advice on tinternet about pretty much every tea I like Sad so am sticking to redbrush and occassionally three tulsi as they seem safest?
