Folic acid after 12 wks

Ok so they say to take folic acid but only to 12 wks... but pregnancy all in one vitamins have the 400mg in them too. can you still take the all in one vitamins after 12 weeks?

You can still take them, but the folic acid is no longer required (best to wait until 1st scan so you know dates are right, I always think)

Yeah you can still take them, they won't do you or baby any harm.

They are in the Pregnacare vitamins and the back of the box says it's safe at every stage of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
