Braxton hicks or labour pains?

Not sure if i am having braxton hicks or labour pains, been having stomache pains and back pains for a couple hours, the pains are 15 nin apart sometimes a bit longer ( no regular pattern ), cant remember what labour pains are like, im only 36+3 weeks so its a bit early.

run yourself a bath or have a rest/lie down - if they become less frequent then they're not the real thing. If in any doubt, ring the labour ward!

yep agree, warm bath, 2 parecetmol and see if pain settles down, if not contact labour ward
