Don't know if I need to pee or not!?!

I'm 12 weeks and for the last week have had the feeling of needing to pee all the time, not busting for the loo but just always there. When I go sometimes I have a full bladder and some times I don't, Confused?

I've had something similar a few times but not regularly. One day, at about 10 weeks pg, I was sitting on the sofa and told my sister I was suddenly in terrible pain. She suggested I tried to have a wee and she was right, I was just desperate for the loo but hadn't felt it at all! She said she had it all through her pregnancy.

It's very strange and I guess it's not uncommon but worth mentioning it to a MW.

Probably check you don't have a urine infection,
