I am pregnant with twins and don't really show much until the evening say after dinner. I am eating lots but just not gaining the weight. The last scan said the babies are doing OK but everyone I tell points to my tummy and says 'where is it?' or 'your not showing much'. I feel a bit of a fraud and have started to avoid telling people. Should i be worried? Everything i read tells me I should be bigger with twins and this is my second pregnancy (I have a three yr old). Certainly my boobs feel much bigger than the first time round. Has anyone got a similar scenario? I am starting to worry that perhaps something is wrong and don't have another scan for 2 weeks which is making me nervous!!
