Have a small umbilical hernia which is causing me a bit of pain. Was talking to my GP yesterday and she suggested that a belly band might be a good idea as the support might help.
Have looked online and there are so many! I want to get a couple and don't have a lot of money so wondered if someone could point me in the right direction of any good ones? The last thing I want to do is find cheap ones that turn out to be rubbish or buy expensive ones that turn out to be no better than cheap ones iyswim!
