Im eating every couple of hours, trying to maintain a constant blood sugar, rather than peaks & troughs, but dont want to end up looking like a bouncy castle.
So bananas,
crackers
sandwiches,
crisps...but im tending to really want healthy snacks.

Any suggestions??

I found drinking fizzy water helped damp down the nausea - for a bit, anyway. Sympathies.

Ginger ale

Dry crackers

And yes, eating little and often

Snackajacks / rice crackers have been a godsend for me, though I've only been nauseas rather than actually sick. Only 30kcals too, which is fab :o Blush

I couldn't eat anything but McDonald's fries and chocolate for about 2 weeks! My sickness lasted until week 20 and came back at week 30!

I had to get anti nausea tablets from ny gp it was awful!

ooh yes i like snackajacks, never considered fizzy stuff, will get some in.
Thanks xx

Boiled sweets, fruity ones, made life a bit more bearable for me!

IHeartKingThistle · 14/06/2012 18:49

Sugar free, of course!

Tonic water helped me, also staying away from too much milk, cereal, milky drinks etc.
