Who knows about blood pressure and what the numbers mean?

This isn't an urgent question and something I'm really worried about as the MW doesn't seem bothered, just wondering what it means really.

I'm currently 25+3 so have had my blood pressure checked a few times, here are the readings in the order they were taken:

128/74
118/70
118/62
110/60

Does this mean it's getting higher or lower?

The readings are fine. They are getting slightly lower but not significantly.

More importantly, how do you feel in yourself? 110/60 will be fine for most people but it may be slightly low for you.

I feel alright, I only get a bit dizzy in the bath/shower if it gets too warm so now I have it on the coldest setting - which weirdly doesn't feel cold! Also if I stand up too fast. Other than that it feels fine.

I just wanted to check it wasn't creeping up, but I guess it's when the numbers get higher it means it's creeping up?

Getting lower. Which is good in the general scheme of things but can make you feel rubbish. I got down to 90/50 in pg which was hard to live with. I'm always on the low side buut this was not nice.

yes i've always been low and have got down to 80/50 with this pregnancy it's not fun! but i've always been a bit low too. my whole preg i've not gone above 115/60.

generally normal is 110-140/60-80 if you get lower than that you may get dizzy spells, fainting, headaches etc but it's not considered dangerous as annoying and hard to live with as it can be but higher than 80 as the bottom number and they might start to monitor it more closely although in pregnancy they don't tend to worry until you get over 90 as your bottom number
