Hi all

Does anyone know what SMP equates to after tax and NI is taken off?

Thanks!

It depends on whether/what you've been earning before your SMP kicks in - you get £7500ish tax free I think, iyswim......

first 6 weeks, you get 90% of your weekly salary, gross
then following 33 weeks it is GBP 135/week, gross as well

but your employment contract might give you an enhanced maternity pay, if so lucky you !
