omg l am full of wind

Any advice,I dont want to make anyone ill,but its both ends,smelly burps and smelly farts.I know what it is that is doing it too me,but I have cut back on my dairy now even the slighest bit of milk is haveing this effect.I have tryed rennies and gaviscon and to be honest they both make me sick.

I need help because I truly truly smell.......worse than a man with smelly beer farts.

Im 38 + 4 and l need this baby to hurry up and make its big entrance,although if l knew how bad it was gonna smell on the outside l would stay inside for a while too,poor little mite..

sorry just needed a moan,l cant be the only one or am l ?

No you're not alone!! I'm 36+2 and having the exact same problem! Worse than DH when he's been on the curry!!

You're very lucky, I got wind as soon as I reached 8 weeks and it hasnt stopped!

A warm bath maybe? Unfortunately dairy usually calms my wind!

I'm so full of wind, me collegue complemented me on my lovely bump today... I'm only 15wks!!!

I stink, I make myself feel sick! Never known anything like it it's even worse than when dh has been out on the lash and had a kebab and I'm only in the early stages...

I walked up the stairs at home and did a fart on each step up last week. Felt very pleased with myself - so much so that my husband asked me what I was grinning about! I'm not sure there's a lot you can do - I eat charcoal pills sometimes and try to avoid food that I know will make my guts go to gale force 9 but when I have had windy bouts they've never lasted more than a day. I don't work in an office though - that would make life very difficult.

PS I am pregnant - not just a feral fartmonster!
