DH works away and I'm by myself. Didn't know what else to do but phone them, scared I am making an idiot of myself but it hurts so much.

Thank you for the hand squeezing this morning.

As I haven't been bleeding they won't do anything, the pain has reduced over the course of the day.

I just need to sit tight and pray.
