I'm 33 weeks and I jus cannot get motivated to get moving! Im going to attempt to walk the school run today about 2milea as did no exercise really during half term! And I know my weight is going to pile on ! Think it's also because I'm working till 9pm (care assistant) if I do that walk I will be nackered and I'm
Finding even getting up from a chair hard now and painful in my pelvis (think I have a bit of SPd )

Anyone else struggling to get exercise in at the moment as it making u feel yuck?

Remind me what exercise is again.... Just trying to get up off the sofa or roll out of bed is getting my heart rate up :)

Seriously though either due to sickness, fatigue or mobility I've not managed a tenth of what it'd hoped but doing too much just takes it out if me. I walk as far as I can and figure I'll get my fitness back soon enough walking with the pram. Feel groggy and put more weight on overall as a result but resting agrees with me more so I'm listening to my body :)

Exercise = running around after two DC (ages 4 and 2).

Really, what else more should anyone be doing?!

If you have SPD then rest is better than excersise. I have it and on days where I overdo it I end up so stiff I can hardly move! Be careful and listen to your body.

If you do have SPD 2 miles is a looooooooooooong way!
