12 weeks pregnant and just noticed blood

What do i do? I am due for a scan tomorrow, but just noticed a little blood when i wiped after a wee. I have now gone into panic mode, and cannot think straight. Do i phone any one? Lie down?

I had a little bleeding all the way throught my first preg. So long as it's not lots of blood you should be fine. But talk to your MW anyway.
