The nesting urges are driving me abit crazy - I honestly can't clean any more. When I do have time away from my DS age 2 1/2, I do catch a nap when I can but I'm finding it really hard just to relax at this stage of pregnancy. I keep thinking of more things I can do to prepare myself (e.g. get the taxi numbers written out ready for the trip to hospital; write yet another note about care of my DS whilst I'm in hospital specifying which teddies he likes to take to bed...).
I've got a hypnotherapy CD from the NCT which knocks me out for a while, I can't walk far or exercise much due to SPD and don't really feel like too many warm baths as it's so painful getting in and out now that I'm huge.

Anyone got any tips about how to relax - I don't want to spend the last few days/ weeks pregnant as a mess of nerves but that's how I feel at the mo!

Have you tried aromatherapy?
A good midwife should be able to recommend something, I think I used a special pregnancy mix with rose in it.

Do make sure that anything you try is safe during pregnancy!
