Pain, consipation or something worse???

I'm 14 weeks today and felt backache pain in the night, but thought nothing of it. Today I have pain low down, round the front and feel pressure in my bum , I have been traveling a bit so my "movement routine" (sorry TMI) has been all over the place. I might not go for a day or two, then go two or three times at funny times one day. I have been twice today and the pain feel related to that, but it's worse when i stand and I'm worried it could be the beginning of the end. I had 1 missed m/c back in May at 7 weeks so I wouldn't know what to expect from a later one. Hope I'm just flapping over nothing, but personal experience would help....thanks.

Hi Strike, I remember you from the August thread.
I am afraid that I can't remember back to 14 weeks but maybe someone else on here can...I can remember getting worrying constipation like feelings (which also feel like period pain for me) quite a lot in the 2nd trimester which I was told was related to the new growth in there shifting everything around and putting pressure on all my insides. It could just be that, but your concern is totally understandable.

Thanks rubles, I hope it's that and maybe a bit of a jippy tummy which keeps me running to the loo! I have a midwife appointment on Saturday so hopefully (unless anything drastic happens) she can put my mind at rest.

Strike1 - hope you are feeling better today best of luck with the midwife. But if you are having movement problems or irregularities maybe its that sort of difficulty rather than the worst thought. Please don't take this the wrong way but are you eating enough fibre etc.??

Best of luck Strike x
