Back ache and lower abdo pain 19 weeks

Im experiencing lower back pain and lower abdominal pain this eve. Almost like period cramps. Is this anything to be worried about?

Could it be a uti? I had a really bad one once but not the associated burning sensation so didn't realise. Hope you get sorted soon.

Hello - I had this at about 17/18 weeks and MW said it was due to everything shifting a bit to get ready for baby arriving. She advised me to take up some antenatal yoga and sit on my swiss ball a bit. It's really helped and I haven't had any problems since. Good luck!

I've had terrible wind I honestly think from gobbling and being lazy and wonder if everything is just getting re-arranged and squashed. Will dig ball out of attic!

Hi, do you normally suffer from any back problems? if you do it could just be LO affecting any issues, I dont think it is anything t serious hun, i've been suffering with similar problems but due to a tummy infection. try taking some paracetamol see if that eases the problems, if not just book an appointment with the nurse ir dr just to help put your mind at ease. hope your feeling better soon.
