Maybe tmi but I'm 24 weeks and have had heavy discharge so been wearing liners. But just now felt really wet down there and have a soaked liner. Feeling quite dizzy and am moving house today and am very stressed and emotional now in just worried? But I can feel baby moving? X

Contact your midwife right now. It's almost certainly nothing BUT you will worry yourself silly if you don't get yourself checked out. They will probably want to check whether or not your waters have broken - when did the discharge take place?

Please get in touch with your midwife right now.
Hope everything is ok.

About half an hour ago now? Should I have kept the towel as I threw it?

Not a problem; if you still had it you could show it to the midwife but they'll survive without it. I had a bit of discharge that seemed more than usual (soaked my pants) and when I mentioned it to the midwife they did an internal check to confirm that my waters were still there. It's important to get it checked because in the unlikely event that they have broken, you need to be able to protect yourself and your baby from infection. Have you called the midwife yet?
