help!!! is it???

got up this AM (about 5 mins ago) and had noticeable tummy cramps - assumed was wind as didn't go yesterday. anyhow, couldn't even wait to stand up fully b4 had dribbles - (assumed was peepee as i've been bit lax with pelvic floor) anyhow got a towel and went to the loo, pushed a touch as if to pee and did pee then stopped so wiped - loads and loads of CM so wiped again and there was what can only be described as a clear thick snail trail type of substance .

I know bubba's fully engaged now but I didn't expect to have a show the day after being told he was!

this is the first one and when I stand up can feel the pee/fluid coming out - there wasn't much colour to the fluid and no smell.

now I just have aches in my pelvic area - but again could be wind - might try to poopey in a bit, should I ring DH home do u think? his bosses are being real twats right now. shall I ring the m/w I don't wanna look a fool if it was only pee and a slight show but also don't wanna run the risk of anything if it's my waters. iycwim.

and to think today I was gonna go for a coffee with a mate - not to mention paydays not till tomorrrow and tesco.com's not coming till friday!

What an exciting day this is going to be!

Cadmum · 22/02/2006 09:40

Oh munz, I am so pleased for you and DH. Thank goodness the git of a boss let him come home to be with you. Now you will have a chance to relax and let nature run its course.

I will follow your progress throughout the day.

Race you to the finish?!?!

Mumatuks · 22/02/2006 09:41

Most babies arrive in the night so I've been told... it was true for me ds1 10.02 and ds2 2.00.am

Will be thinking of you Munz! eat well and keep your energy up!

Nemo1977 · 22/02/2006 09:45

Nemo1977 · 22/02/2006 09:45

Mistymoo · 22/02/2006 09:46

All the best

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 22/02/2006 09:46

Becky was 12.15am on a Tuesday

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 22/02/2006 09:47

Misty - yes its her first following 2 m/c's so we are all VERY excited for her x

Mumatuks · 22/02/2006 09:47

well seeing as we're guessing..I think 4.15am on the 23rd Feb.

Cadmum · 22/02/2006 09:47

I am going to guess that little man-cub will arrive tomorrow morning in the wee hours. Perhaps by 6:30 am.

Mistymoo · 22/02/2006 09:49

I'm kinda new on here so wasn't sure. Now I'm even more excited for her. Does she know what she's having or is it a surprise?

Cadmum · 22/02/2006 09:50

Oop forget to add that I "guesstimate" a weight of 7 lbs 14 oz.

Can't wait to follow your story.

Thinking of you and sending you lots of warm wishes for a quick labour and a smooth delivery. It really does seem like only a few short weeks ago that we were all poat together. How has it come to this so quickly?

Piffle · 22/02/2006 09:51

Oh so excited for Munz from all those years on the ttc thread and here she is!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I will have to stay on MN permanently until I know
Good luck hunny!

Mumatuks · 22/02/2006 09:52

Weight and sex too?
Hmm, 8lb 1oz and it'll be a boy!
4.15am 23rd Feb

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 22/02/2006 09:56

its a boy.... so just weight date and time to guess

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 22/02/2006 09:57

I still cant believe all us TTC'ers either have our little bundles, are about to drop a la Munz/Cad or are only a few weeks off.... it doesnt seem possible.

Rebecca is 17 weeks already - where the hell did that go?!

madmarchhare · 22/02/2006 09:58

lol munz, I dragged DH out of work for pee .

Cadmum · 22/02/2006 09:58

Hi JandR! Long time no chat! How are things with your angels? Thanks for being our contact link to Munz! I hope her mobile works if she has to go in soon...

Cadmum · 22/02/2006 10:01

I am due in 2 1/2 weeks but consultant thinks I need to be induces early as baby is not growing as he/she ought to be so I would much rather have things kick off on their own.

Having said that I have made ZERO effort in that dept. (unlike all of your valiant attempts!) I am scared witless of the whole prospect of adding a newborn to my chaotic life this week!!!

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 22/02/2006 10:02

Hi cads... girls are doing fabbo.... even if Becky is a red head!

Jess is typical toddler - tantrums left right and centre and waking up at silly o clock in the morning!

No worries for being contact to munz.... Im sitting here WAITING for news!

MunnziesDH · 22/02/2006 10:05

Ok ladies calm down I am home now. She's rushing round like a little excited dog. She's pretty sure her waters have broken.

Oh and jessicaandrebeccasmummy I closed her MSN so I could use mine, nothings happened lol
