Brown cm - can this really be ok?

I am 7+3 and have been having brown cm every day since five weeks. I also had a red bleed at six weeks. Since then I've had a scan and we saw the baby's heartbeat and the sac everything was the right size. The brown cm goes on every day and I can't help feeling that it just isn't ok. A couple of times 'bits' of stuff have left my body too, once it looked like an old, small scab and another time a pinky blob. I have no pain, am as sick as a sick thing and still 'feel' pregnant. I hate going to the loo because it feels so de-moralising. Is there anyone else experiencing this or anyone who has?

Hi Spring I've had the same on and off throughout this pregnancy (now 17 weeks - all ok and have begun feeling movements now) and had same in early weeks with DC1. I know it's scary and easier said than done but try not to worry, many women have varying forms of shows/bleeding in pregnancy. If it gets worse or is painful contact your gp.

Hey spring

Sorry you are still having worrying mucus :( sick as a sick thing is positive though I guess.

Keep with the PMA.

Hi Spring I had this, started about 8 weeks, brown discharge and then one night some red blood. Convinced myself it was another m/c. Went to EPU where midwife gave me an internal exam and it turned out I had a grazed cervix-mw explained as being a bit like having a skint knee. It eventually stopped after about 2 weeks but there was no rhyme or reason as to why it started in the first place. I know it is horrible to experience but mine just stopped one day and there's a good chance yours will too x

Hey Spring, I'm just exploring the pregnancy boards and thought I'd bump this for you in case someone else with experience comes along. Thinking of you x

I had exactly the same, including the scan with heartbeat and i'm now sat here with 13 wk old DS. Early pg is awful for worrying, but try not to - especially as you've seen a heartbeat :)
