All achy down below???

I'm 27wks and for the last day or so I've noticed I'm feeling achy down below - it's hard to describe! But it almost feels like everything is going to fall out! I dont know whether this is normal or if I need to see a midwife? I've an ante natal appointment next and I'm going to mention it but has anyone else had anything similar?

Yes, I did at around the same stage. I have a few varicose veins in that region, so they were uncomfy and achy. It seems to have improved a lot now (31 weeks). Not sure if maybe baby has shifted positions or something.

Sorry to hear you're so uncomfy. Is there anyway you can stand less or put your feet up?
